# Billing & Credits

> Credit-based pricing: 1 credit per 20 characters of customer data processed. CRM enrichment, MCP access, and clustering all included at no extra cost.

## Credits

ClosedLoop AI uses a simple credit-based model. Credits are consumed when the AI processes your customer data into scored product intelligence. CRM enrichment, MCP access, opportunity clustering, and all downstream intelligence are included at no extra cost.

**1 credit = 20 characters of processed input data.**

A typical 30-minute sales call consumes 100-300 credits, depending on the length of the transcript.

## Usage tracking

Monitor your credit usage in **Team Settings > Billing**. Usage resets on the 1st of each month.
