# List ClosedLoop AI as a vendor

## Purpose of processing

ClosedLoop AI processes product feedback, customer conversations, survey responses, support tickets, meeting transcripts, and related metadata to generate product insights for your product team.

## Data location

ClosedLoop AI supports United States and European Union workspaces.

Personal data is stored and processed in the workspace region selected during onboarding. For EU workspaces, personal data is stored and processed in the European Union on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. AI processing through Azure OpenAI occurs in the same selected region.

During normal operations, EU workspace data does not leave the EU region.

If you are unsure which region your workspace uses, check your workspace URL:

## Data processed

Depending on your connected data sources, ClosedLoop AI may process:

* Customer names, work email addresses, roles, and organization affiliation
* Product feedback, survey responses, support tickets, meeting transcripts, and customer conversation content
* Integration metadata such as source, timestamp, and source URL
* Account and workspace metadata needed to operate the service
