# Attio

> Connect Attio once for your team. Bring customer records and deals into product insights to prioritize requests with the right business context.

Connect Attio to ClosedLoop AI to see the customers and deals behind product requests. Use customer context alongside feedback from sales calls, support conversations, and other connected sources.

## Before you connect

* You need permission to manage integrations in your ClosedLoop AI workspace.
* An **Attio workspace admin** must approve access to the Attio workspace.

## Connect Attio

1. In ClosedLoop AI, open **Settings, Integrations**.
2. Find **Attio** and select **Connect Attio**.
3. Sign in to Attio as a workspace admin and choose the workspace to connect.
4. Review the workspace permissions and approve access.
5. Return to ClosedLoop AI to see the connected workspace.

>
> One admin connection covers the whole Attio workspace and is shared by your ClosedLoop AI team. Teammates do not need to connect individually.

## What you get

* Customer records and contact context behind your product insights.
* Deal context to help you understand the business impact of customer requests.
* Customer context alongside the original conversations behind each insight.

## Permissions

Attio's consent screen shows the workspace permissions you grant to ClosedLoop AI.

All requested permissions are workspace-level read permissions. They cover CRM records and related customer context such as notes, comments, tasks, meetings, recordings, activities, lists, and workspace members. ClosedLoop AI does not request write permissions or individual user-level authorization.

| `comment:read` | Read customer feedback and context in comments |
| `note:read` | Read customer context in notes |
| `task:read` | Read follow-up context in tasks |
| `meeting:read` | Read customer meeting context |
| `call_recording:read` | Read recorded customer conversation context |
| `activity_record:read` | Read customer activity context |

## Manage the connection

A teammate with permission to manage integrations can reconnect Attio when needed. Choose the same Attio workspace when renewing access.

The connection stays tied to that workspace after disconnecting. Contact support if your team needs to change Attio workspaces.
