## How Data Flows

Once connected, everything is automatic:

1. **New data arrives**: via scheduled sync or real-time webhook
2. **AI analyzes it**: extracting product insights, customer context, and business context
3. **Insights are scored**: by severity, deal impact, churn risk, and frustration
4. **Opportunities emerge**: related insights are grouped and ranked by revenue impact
5. **Intelligence is available everywhere**: in the dashboard, via MCP to your AI dev agents, and in automated alerts

## Authentication

Most integrations use OAuth: you authorize access in your browser, and data starts flowing. For webhook-based integrations (surveys, reviews), you configure a webhook endpoint in your source platform with an HMAC signing secret from ClosedLoop AI.
