# Weekly Brief

> Everything that happened in your customer feedback last week, read in full and summarised into something you can scan in a minute.

Summarises the past week of customer feedback. It reads every spike, deal blocker, churn risk and competitor mention, then reports what actually needs you.

## Arguments

| Argument | Required | Default                                       |
| -------- | -------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| *(none)* | | last 7 days, compared against the week before |

## What you get

```
WEEK OF MAR 19 - MAR 25
Rough week on support: two outages took down checkout and card
payments, and a key account's migration is blocked on import gaps.
The calls tell a different story, with feature requests climbing as
customers ramp up for Q2. The tension is the story: most of this
week's volume is support fires, the rest is strategic demand.
NEEDS YOU
  Northwind Trading      deal blocker, migration stalled
    "We can't go live until this imports cleanly."
  Contoso Retail         stated churn, raised twice now
    "We're evaluating alternatives for the payment piece."
WHAT MOVED, AND WHY
  Integrations. From support: third-party sync errors and webhook
    failures. From calls: operators asking for new connectors.
    Two different problems wearing one number.
VOICES
  "Finance schedules the export overnight and hopes."
    Fabrikam Group
COMPETITIVE
  One switching-to mention, from an account in renewal.
```

## Support and calls are split

| Source  | Tells you                                                  |
| ------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| Support | What is breaking. Operational health. |
| Calls | What customers are asking for. Where the product is going. |

Support tickets are negative by construction. Counted together with calls, every week reads as though everything is on fire.

## A quiet week is short

Nothing spiked and nothing urgent: the brief says "Stable week", gets shorter, and shows a few quotes worth reading.

## It cleans before it counts

* **Bot-generated entries** (one system error template repeated across rows) are excluded.
* **Over-extracted calls** (one complaint arriving as a dozen near-identical insights) count once.
* Neither is mentioned in the output.
