One credit covers 20 characters of the transcript we process. In practice a 30-minute call is about 2,000 credits, a support ticket about 10, a chat message about 3, and a survey response about 10. Every workspace gets 100,000 credits free every month.
What is included in the free plan?
All 44 native integrations, AI product-insight extraction, insights with cited evidence, unlimited MCP access, unlimited team members, and personalized onboarding. The only limit is 100,000 credits a month, and it stays free forever.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Pay as you go has no seats and no lock-in. You move up the moment you cross 100,000 credits in a month, and you only pay for the credits beyond the free tier. Cancel anytime.
How do volume discounts work?
The per-credit rate steps down as your monthly volume grows, from the first paid tier through 10 million credits and beyond. The estimate above applies the same tiered rates, so the number you see is the number you would pay.
