Overview
Our Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are based on the EU Commission-approved templates and include ClosedLoop AI-specific annexes covering data categories, transfer mechanisms, and technical safeguards. They supplement our Data Processing Agreement for customers who require GDPR-compliant cross-border data transfer protections.
How to get your copy
- Request Email our team with your company name and use case. We typically respond within 1 business day.
- Review We send the SCC document with pre-filled annexes based on your data processing needs.
- Execute Both parties sign. The SCCs sit alongside your DPA and, where they conflict with it or with any other agreement between us, the SCCs prevail.
