By inviting, installing, or using our Platform (including any bots or other features) on your communication platform server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Eligibility and Authority

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to enter into this agreement.

Authorization: You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind your organization (if applicable) and all users within your server to these Terms. By installing the Bot, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of all users who will interact with the Bot in your server.

ClosedLoop AI is an AI-powered platform that analyzes communication data to provide insights and analytics. Our Service includes:

  • Automated analysis of communication data
  • Generation of insights and reports
  • Integration with various communication platforms
