Credits

ClosedLoop AI measures processed input using credits: 1 credit = 20 characters of processed input. Actual usage depends on the amount of customer data processed. Do not estimate usage only from meeting duration because transcript length varies.

Plan and usage details

Open Settings → Plan & billing for the current workspace-specific values:

• Current plan and included features
• Credits used and the applicable limit
• Usage history
• Available plans and pricing
• Payment method and invoices, when applicable

Plan names, prices, limits, and included features are loaded dynamically. The values shown in Plan & billing are authoritative and may differ by workspace or contract.

Permissions

Billing controls depend on the signed-in user’s role and granular permissions. A user without billing access can view only the information exposed by their current permission set.
