Credits

ClosedLoop AI uses a simple credit-based model. Credits are consumed when the AI processes your customer data into scored product intelligence. CRM enrichment, MCP access, opportunity clustering, and all downstream intelligence are included at no extra cost. 1 credit = 20 characters of processed input data. A typical 30-minute sales call consumes 100-300 credits, depending on the length of the transcript.
