Credits
ClosedLoop AI measures processed input using credits. Credit consumption varies by data type, for example, a 30-minute call transcript consumes approximately 2,000 credits, while a support ticket consumes approximately 100 credits. Actual usage depends on the amount of customer data processed. Do not estimate usage only from meeting duration because transcript length varies. Briefs, PRDs, chat answers, Slack assistant answers, pre-call briefs and competitor source tracking also use credits and count toward the same limit. Removing a record that was deleted in its source tool uses 1 credit. The usage history download lists these by feature.Plan and usage details
