Company settings tell the AI about your business — who your customers are, who your competitors are, and what context matters for analysis. These settings directly affect the quality of insights ClosedLoop AI produces.
Go to Company in the sidebar to configure.
Vendor domains
Add your company’s email domains (e.g., yourcompany.com, yourcompany.io). ClosedLoop AI uses these to:
- Distinguish internal vs. external speakers in call transcripts — feedback from customers is analyzed differently than internal discussion
- Identify customer-facing conversations — meetings with only internal participants are deprioritized
Add all domains your team uses, including any subsidiary or regional domains.
Competitor tracking
Add your key competitors by name. When customers mention these companies in conversations, ClosedLoop AI:
- Extracts structured competitor mentions with context (what the competitor does better, what they lack)
- Tags the intelligence type (competitive positioning, alternatives considered, migration signal)
- Makes them searchable via MCP:
search_signals(type="competitor_mention")
AI context
Provide additional context about your product and market that helps the AI analyze feedback more accurately. This is free-text that gets included in the AI analysis:
- What your product does
- Your target market and customer profile
- Key product areas or features
- Any terminology specific to your industry
The more context you provide, the better the AI distinguishes relevant product feedback from general conversation noise.
If you’re seeing insights that seem irrelevant or miscategorized, improving the AI context here is often the fastest fix.
