The Opportunities page shows product problems that ClosedLoop AI has automatically discovered and ranked by business impact. Each opportunity clusters related customer feedback into a single theme — so instead of reading 30,000 individual insights, you see the 50 problems that matter most.

Finding what matters

Open Opportunities from the sidebar. By default, you see active opportunities sorted by RIC score — the ones with the widest reach, highest impact, and strongest evidence at the top.

Filter by what’s changing

Use the velocity filter to focus on what’s getting worse right now:
  • Accelerating — growing problem, more customers raising it each week
  • Cooling — declining mentions, may be resolving

Filter by business risk

Toggle Deal blockers only to see opportunities that are actively preventing sales. These are the highest-priority items for revenue-focused teams.

Reading an opportunity

Click any opportunity to see its detail page:
  • RIC score breakdown — Reach, Impact, Confidence individually. This is RICE without the Effort — you bring the engineering estimate
  • Customer list — every affected customer with their deal value. Sort by revenue to see which accounts are at stake
  • Total won deal value — the aggregate revenue of all affected customers
  • Evidence — up to 50 verbatim quotes ranked by business impact. Each shows the customer name, severity, emotion, and whether it’s a deal blocker
  • Velocity trend — is this getting better or worse?
  • Features — if the problem is broad, ClosedLoop AI breaks it into specific feature-level themes

Building a business case

An opportunity with 35 customers, $1.2M in won deal value, 3 deal blockers, and accelerating velocity isn’t a feature request — it’s a business case. The detail page gives you everything you need:
  1. The problem statement — AI-generated title and description
  2. The evidence — real customer quotes you can put in front of stakeholders
  3. The revenue context — exactly how much business is affected
  4. The urgency — velocity and deal blocker flags
