In this tutorial, you will connect Gong and follow one call through ClosedLoop AI. You will finish with a recurring Watch for a topic you care about.

Prerequisites

  • Permission to authorize your Gong workspace
  • At least one customer call transcript available in Gong

Create your workspace

Create your ClosedLoop AI account and complete the workspace setup shown in the app.

Connect your first source

Open Integrations, select Gong, and follow the Gong setup guide to authorize transcript access.

Inspect a product insight

After ClosedLoop AI imports and processes a relevant call, open Insights and select an item from Gong. Review the customer evidence and open its source or transcript before using it in a decision.If no product insight is available yet, return after another relevant call is processed.

Create a Watch

In Insights, apply at least one filter for a topic you want to monitor. Select + New watch, name it, choose its priority, and select Save watch.The preview shows current matching items. It does not add those existing items to Inbox; only future matches do.

Review future matches in Inbox

When new evidence matches the Watch, open Inbox and filter to From watches. Critical matches appear under Needs attention; other priorities appear under For review.

Troubleshooting

If expected Gong evidence does not appear after processing has had time to finish, check its import status in Data Log.
