Ada Integration
Connect Ada to ClosedLoop AI and every conversation your AI Agent handles becomes a source of product intelligence. Feature requests, common pain points, and customer questions are extracted automatically and grouped into themes you can act on.What Gets Imported

Connection Method
Ada uses API key authentication. You generate an API key in your Ada dashboard and enter it in ClosedLoop AI alongside your Ada subdomain.Setup Guide

The dashboard path depends on which type of bot you have:
- Generative AI Agents: Go to Config → PLATFORM → API keys
- Scripted bots: Go to Settings → Integrations → APIs
- Click Get started if no keys exist yet, or New API key if you already have one
- Enter a name for the key (e.g.
ClosedLoop AI) - Click Generate key
- Click Copy to copy the key and save it somewhere safe — Ada only shows it once

Your Ada subdomain is in the URL of your Ada dashboard. For example, if your dashboard URL is

- In ClosedLoop AI, navigate to Integrations in your dashboard
- Find Ada in the integrations list and click Connect
- Paste your Ada API key
- Enter your Ada subdomain
- Click Connect
Conversation ingestion is rolling out. Once you connect, you’ll see a “Connected” status and an in-app banner indicating that automatic syncing is being enabled. No further action is needed on your side.
What to Expect
Once connected, ClosedLoop AI will:- Import Ada conversations automatically
- Analyze each conversation to extract product insights, feature requests, and pain points
- Group related conversations into themes ranked by how many customers raised them
- Surface intelligence in your dashboard and via MCP alongside all your other sources
