Connect Google Meet to ClosedLoop AI and your customer meetings become a continuous source of product intelligence. The AI automatically distinguishes customer-facing calls from internal meetings, extracts product insights, and scores them by business impact.

What Gets Imported

ClosedLoop AI automatically classifies meetings as internal, customer, or unknown based on your team’s configured vendor domains. Customer-facing meetings are prioritized for analysis.

Connection Method

Google Meet uses OAuth 2.0 authentication. You authorize ClosedLoop AI to access your Google Meet data at the team level.

Setup Guide

  1. In ClosedLoop AI, navigate to Integrations in your dashboard
  2. Find Google Meet in the integrations list and click Connect
  3. You’ll be redirected to Google’s authorization page
  4. Sign in with your Google account
  5. Review the permissions and click Allow
  6. You’ll be redirected back to ClosedLoop AI. The integration is now active
For accurate call classification, add your company’s email domains:
  1. Go to Settings → Team → Website
  2. Enter your company website (e.g., https://yourcompany.com)
  3. ClosedLoop AI automatically extracts the domain for internal vs. external participant identification
This ensures meetings with external participants are correctly flagged as customer calls.

Configuration

  • Sync frequency: Meetings are imported automatically
  • Call classification: Based on vendor domains (configurable in team settings)
  • Token refresh: OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed before expiration

What to Expect

Once connected, ClosedLoop AI will:
  1. Import meeting records via the Google Meet API
  2. Classify each meeting as internal, customer, or unknown
  3. Analyze transcripts using AI to extract product insights, scored by business impact
  4. Surface intelligence in your dashboard and via MCP, alongside data from all other sources
Meetings are automatically processed shortly after completion.
