Connection Method
Google Meet uses OAuth 2.0 authentication. You authorize ClosedLoop AI to access your Google Meet data at the team level.Setup Guide
Step 1: Connect your Google account

- In ClosedLoop AI, navigate to Integrations in your dashboard
- Find Google Meet in the integrations list and click Connect
- You’ll be redirected to Google’s authorization page
- Sign in with your Google account
- Review the permissions and click Allow
- You’ll be redirected back to ClosedLoop AI. The integration is now active

For accurate call classification, add your company’s email domains:
- Go to Settings → Team → Website
- Enter your company website (e.g.,
https://yourcompany.com) - ClosedLoop AI automatically extracts the domain for internal vs. external participant identification
OAuth Scopes
ClosedLoop AI requests the following Google scopes:Configuration
- Sync frequency: Meetings are imported automatically
- Call classification: Based on vendor domains (configurable in team settings)
- Token refresh: OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed before expiration
What to Expect
Once connected, ClosedLoop AI will:- Import meeting records via the Google Meet API
- Classify each meeting as internal, customer, or unknown
- Analyze transcripts using AI to extract product insights, scored by business impact
- Surface intelligence in your dashboard and via MCP, alongside data from all other sources
