What Gets Synced
Jira is a roadmap source, not a feedback source. ClosedLoop AI syncs a full copy of your planning data each cycle, so the roadmap always reflects the current state in Jira. There is no lookback window to configure, and roadmap sync does not consume AI analysis credits.
Connection Method
Jira connects with an API token from your Atlassian account. You paste it into the connect form in ClosedLoop AI along with your site details.Setup Guide
Connect Jira
Connect Jira

Primary roadmap
Primary roadmap
If you connect more than one roadmap tool, one of them acts as your team’s primary product roadmap. The first roadmap tool you connect becomes the primary automatically; you can change which tool is primary in Settings at any time.
What You Get
Once connected, ClosedLoop AI will:- Sync your projects, epics, and issues in full, keeping the roadmap current with Jira
- Project them onto your roadmap as initiatives and features
- Match customer demand: insights and themes connect to the features they support, so every roadmap item shows its evidence
- Reveal coverage gaps: see which customer demand is not yet reflected in planned work
