Connect Fireflies.ai to ClosedLoop AI and every meeting transcript becomes a source of product intelligence. Feature requests, competitive mentions, churn risks, and deal blockers are extracted automatically, scored by business impact, and traced to real customer quotes.

Connection Method

Fireflies uses API key authentication. You’ll generate an API key from your Fireflies dashboard and enter it in ClosedLoop AI.

Setup Guide

  1. Log in to Fireflies.ai
  2. Go to Settings → API & Integrations
  3. Click Generate API Key
  4. Copy the API key
  1. In ClosedLoop AI, navigate to Integrations in your dashboard
  2. Find Fireflies.ai in the integrations list and click Connect
  3. Paste your Fireflies API key
  4. Click Connect — ClosedLoop AI will verify the key by fetching a test transcript
  5. Once verified, the integration is active

Configuration

  • Sync frequency — Transcripts are imported automatically
  • Backfill period — Import historical meetings from a configured date range
  • Meeting filters — Select which meeting types to analyze (customer calls, demos, internal)

What to Expect

Once connected, ClosedLoop AI will:
  1. Import meeting transcripts automatically
  2. Analyze each transcript using AI to extract product insights, feature requests, and pain points
  3. Extract strategic intelligence — churn risks, deal blockers, competitive mentions
  4. Score by business impact — insights appear in your dashboard and are available via MCP
New transcripts are automatically processed shortly after they appear in Fireflies.
