Drafts the invitation to a customer you want involved in shaping something. Run it after Product Ambassadors has found the candidate.

Arguments

What you get

What is in the draft

  • The route: direct, or an internal introduction first.
  • A draft email anchored on a dated quote from that customer.
  • The evidence it rests on, shown underneath.
  • Questions to ask once they say yes.

Their sentence is the opening

It answers the question they will ask: why them. An invitation that opens with your initiative reads as a request for a favour.

Draft, never send

Nothing goes out, and nothing claims it did. Where the route needs an internal introduction it drafts that separately, rather than putting words in a colleague’s mouth.
