You need real customers in the room for something you are shaping. This skill finds the ones whose own words qualify them, and tells you what to ask each of them for.

Usage

Name a feature, product area, workflow, or initiative. The skill asks if you leave the scope open.

Four Kinds Of Ambassador

What You Get

  • Candidates in priority order, each with the person, their role, and their customer account
  • A recommended use: which of the four kinds this person fits
  • One specific ask: the action to take with them, not a generic invitation
  • Why they fit, grounded in what they said rather than inferred from their plan
  • One to three verbatim quotes with dates
  • Watch-outs: caveats the evidence surfaced about this candidate

Design Principles

Product discovery, not marketing proof. Quotes, testimonials, case studies, and references are a separate workflow. Keep the two apart, or you will ask a design partner for a logo. Never fabricates willingness. The skill will not invent a role, a relationship owner, or a customer’s appetite to take part. If the evidence does not say it, the output does not either. One specific ask per customer. A vague invitation gets a vague answer. Discovery only. To write the message, hand a chosen candidate to Product Ambassador Outreach.
